Work it

Some tips I found from watching the today show on jump starting your weightloss
-Cut out all fried foods(yes even fries)
-No more sugary or carbonated drinks(I've cut out soda since the first of the year)
-Add at least one serving of produce to each meal
-Start walking 5-10 minutes each day.


These simple steps will help you get healthier and feeling more confident.
