This weekend has been a blast!!My Adventure in the Carolinas

Hey all! I hope your weekends were good. Mine was awesome!! I drove up to see my friend Lauren on friday she lives in Anderson,South Carolina in a gorgeous house in a lake community. I have tons of pics.

• Saturday we explored anderson a bit,went to the mall and target where I got the cutest black and teal sneakers. Then saturday night we drove to Greenville which is like 20 minutes from their house and let me just say it's an awesome little town, beautiful buildings and awesome restaurants. We had dinner at a place called Blue Ridge brewery, where we got to sample different types of beers and had yummy food.
• Then on Sunday our plans for ziplining fell through but it was actually a blessing in disguise because we ended up taking a trip to Helen,Georgia and let me just say that you don't find towns like this anywhere else. The trip was awesome because of the scenery and blue ridge mountains for me it was like stepping into a whole new world! As soon as we went over this one hill it was like we stepped into a little German Village! The shops,the food, the beer!!It was just awesome!!!! I had my first german beer which was delicious,tried german food for the first time as well. Got a little well very Tipsy lol.Went shopping, and ended the day with a stop to Hansel and Gretel's Candy Shoppe where we picked up butterfinger dipped apples and chocolate covered strawberries!! Between Lauren and I we took alot of pics which I will upload when I get home tuesday.

All in all I really loved just the whole Vibe of The south and especially Anderson. I really think that it made me wanna get motivated to find a job and save up and move out here. I got to see Lauren for the first time in almost 5 years and got to meet a pretty cool group of people. All very laid back and my type of crowd. Plus everyone's so dang nice here lol. It was pretty much a well needed trip for me and even though things didn't go as planned in a way it turned out even better!!
